Truce Capital Advisors Leads the Sale of Pinwheel Therapy to SPG Therapy & Education

Truce Capital Advisors (“Truce”) – A leading independent M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Pinwheel Therapy ("Pinwheel" or “The Company”) to SPG Therapy & Education (“SPG”), a portfolio company of Ascend Partners ("Ascend"). Pinwheel Therapy is a leading, multi-state provider of comprehensive school-based pediatric therapy services currently serving school districts across the Southwestern United States. Founded in Gilbert, Arizona, Pinwheel has been proudly serving educational districts across Texas, Arizona, New Mexico, and Nevada since 2013.
Truce Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Pinwheel on the transaction. The transaction was led by Ely Friedman, Founder & Managing Director and Ryan Berning, Director. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
