Truce Capital Advisors Leads the Sale of SenSource Global Sourcing to CSI

Truce Capital Advisors (“Truce”) – A leading independent M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce the sale of SenSource Global Sourcing, LLC (“SenSource”) to Component Sourcing International (“CSI”), a portfolio company of CPC. SenSource is an international sourcing and supply chain company based in Milford, Ohio. SenSource supplies highly engineered components through a vetted global supplier network and provides end-to-end support spanning sourcing, product development, quality, logistics, warehousing and inventory management. The company maintains established in-country operations in China, Taiwan, and India.
Truce Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to SenSource on the transaction. The transaction was led by Ryan Berning, Director and Ely Friedman, Founder & Managing Director. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition brings together two highly complementary organizations with similar approaches to global sourcing, engineered component supply and hands-on supply chain management. SenSource adds established in-country teams in China, Taiwan, and India, along with specialized expertise in gears, machined shafts, and multi-process castings. These capabilities strengthen CSI's existing global sourcing platform while expanding the manufacturing expertise and resources available to customers.

Truce Capital Advisors provided merger and acquisition advisory services to SenSource, which included valuation advisory, marketing the business through a confidential, structured sale process, and negotiation of the sale.
