Truce Capital Advisors (“Truce”) – A leading independent M&A advisory firm, is pleased to announce the sale of Cincinnati Benefit Solutions to Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. (NYSE:AJG). Cincinnati Benefit Solutions has built a strong reputation for supporting small and midsize businesses with employee benefits and HR support, and the team has been proudly serving its client base across the region since 2010.
Truce Capital Advisors acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Cincinnati Benefit Solutions on the transaction. The transaction was led by Ely Friedman, Founder & Managing Director and Ryan Berning, Director. The financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
